Once an order is placed we will start picking and packing. Once our warehouse team have started packing an order it is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Should you wish to return an item that is not damaged, please contact us in advance of shipping the item. In general an item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer pays return shipping costs. All non-damage related returns are for account credit only. If you return more than 25% of an order it will be considered a cancellation and subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will always replace or credit your account for damaged or missing items. You must keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with UPS.
